TC Rise a Reader Campaign Book Sale in Victoria Saturday & Sunday The 21st Annual Times Colonist Annual Book Drive sale ..

They say over 400,000 Books were donated in past years.

The Book Sale is 9 am to 5 pm at the Victoria Curling Rink at 1952 Quadra Street.

All Proceeds go to the Times Colonist Literacy Society furthering education and literacy groups on Vancouver Island.

Books are all categorized on tables by Volunteers and laid out by Subject, like Gardening Books, Computers, Business, Fiction Novels by authors, History, Education, Cooking and so on.

Hard Covers $3, Soft Covered Books $2 , Pocket Books $1 Children’s books $1 and there is no longer a Collectibles area, so you may find a collectible gem hidden amongest the many books.

in the past I picked a soft cover Floral Design Book for my Bride for only $2…She’s was pleased.
